I ordered two boxes of protein bars and when they arrived, both were about to expire 4 weeks later. They tasted somewhat old already and the chocolate coating had gone a bit white-ish. I tried contacting Foodspring via email, facebook, calls, multiple times and never received a response. I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Ordered protein pizza mix from Foodspring. The product itself isn’t great (hard to mix, doesn’t bind properly, doesn’t roll properly) but I’ve ordered it three times so it’s bearable!

Delivery is always slow, and the product is always poorly packaged. Based on the reviews on here with lots of people saying the same thing, you’d think it would be an easy fix. My parcels always arrive rolling around loose inside a big cardboard box. It was only a matter of time before the last one arrived damaged.

To be fair to them, customer service replied promptly to my email and offered to send me a new one which I agreed too. 8 days later it never arrived so I switched to a refund. Again Customer service were prompt and helpful.

So no complaints about customer service just poor packaging and delivery which would think would be easy to resolve.

Would give zero stars if I could because I’m getting no response from Foodspring customer service after my order arrived damaged. Foodspring hasn’t responded to the emails I’ve sent via the contact form on their website (first contact was a week ago) - it looks like this contact form isn’t working properly as other reviews have mentioned the same (please do something about this!). They also don’t have a phone number to call so feeling extremely frustrated. I’ve now resorted to contacting them on Twitter and emailed an email address I found for them online directly. Will escalate to a trading body if I don’t get a response soon. Such a shame as the quality of their products is generally excellent.

I’m trying to contact Foodspring but they haven’t replied me so far. My order n. 6K0737776217 wasn’t delivered. There’s no contact number to call them and the emails don’t work.
It’s so disappointing.

Erika, from Foodspring Customer Service answered me. Today, I received my item, I tried it and it’s amazing. The taste is great. I really liked the product. Thanks Erika to solve my problem.

How I wish I’d researched before ordering nearly £90 worth off them!!! Order not arrived, multiple emails sent, tracking just shows delayed… I’m going to try and claw my money back via PayPal as I’m guessing it won’t arrive like everyone else’s!?

Order came in damaged. No surprise because packaging is a joke.

Reached out to customer support via email provided. No response (at the moment of writing it has been 48 hours).

Will update this review if I do get a response and this gets somehow resolved.

Tracking says that order was damaged in transit. Have tried to contact Foodspring numerous times to arrange redelivery or refund but no response.

Have checked and response definitely isn't in my junk mail/ spam folder.

Should've checked the reviews on here before ordering! Definitely avoid.

After reading the reviews I was not sure about the company but still bought the pizza dough and protein creams. My items arrived pretty quickly, however the package was damaged and the pizza dough was spilled all over the box. I emailed the customer service with pictures on a Saturday, Monday I received an email that a replacement was sent out. I have no issues with the company, customer service amazing!!!

Placed the order at the beginning of January, still didn’t leave the depot. Got an email due to blah blah we are short staff. Fair enough but also I sent few emails no response. Maybe better to close the business if you can’t provide any service. In this case maybe you should refund me the money and I can go somewhere else

Loved the breakfast bowls, they come in cute colours and taste really good too. Delivery went smoothly.

After having a bad experience last April, but still curious about their products, I decided to try put an order in. This time delivery time was on point and so it was the customer service.
Delivery to the UK has definitely improved. Products are very good, and I was surprised on how healthy they actually are, mostly made out of natural ingredients.
Happy to have given foodspring another try!

I won vegan cookies on Instagram, they have promised it will be delivered to me very soon. As I left for vacation I couldn't accept delivery and asked my housemate to accept it. He was at home all the time, I received notification that the parcel is out for delivery, but I haven't found it at home or anywhere else near me. I have emailed customer service who just said that it was delivered to the neighbor, i don't have even a card from DHL where exactly it was delivered and the customer service wasn't helpful at all. No information was given and now they totally ignore me. I love their products but when I ordered something from them it is always a pain to receive any help if something happened. First-order was also delayed for 2 weeks and only after emailing them, they advised that it wasn't sent through due to some system errors. I won't recommend order something from their original website, it is much easier to order from Amazon.

I love the Vegan Protein! It's super silky and has a natural sweetness. Coffee is definitely the best flavour!

Finally a protein company who’s protein actually tastes good! I love the branding that food spring promotes and the message of wellness too! Would recommend to a friend :)
